FAQ

How does the repair service work?

Wear and tear will of course eventually take its toll on any gloves. We don’t believe in a society that throws away things that can be repaired, so if your gloves break or are worn out, send us a description and an image and we will get back to you with costs for repairs.

What’s my size?

There is currently only one size for our gloves, we are currently looking in to providing more sizing options.

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not happy with the product you have bought, simply return them to us in saleable condition with the undamaged box and an exchange or full refund will be given less the outward postage.

If you return goods from outside of the EU please make sure that you use a service that will not charge us clearance fees; we will refuse delivery or charge you for the fees. DHL and your postal service should be fine in most instances.

Always write “RETURNING UNSUITABLE GOODS TO SENDER” on the customs form and package itself. We will  not accept returns that incur duty charges. You must ALSO tick the RETURNED GOODS box on the customs declaration documents. If this box is not ticked we will recover the costs from you or return the product to you.

All returns should be sent to:

St Mark

Linnégatan 24

Sweden

How does your guarantee work?

If the gloves have a malfunction that can be seen as a manufacturing problem that appears within 6 months after purchase, we will repair or change the gloves for free. One example of this is if the leather has a rip or tear that is bigger than 1 cm. You can return the gloves to us and we will repair them for you. You will however have to pay for postage to us (we will pay for postage back to you again). Please contact us before returning goods, in some cases it may be a better option to repair products locally for a refund of the costs.
