This document outlines the terms & conditions for purchases from St Mark AB.

Prices, VAT, taxes and tolls
All prices include VAT, which is deducted for customers located outside of the
EU. Tolls and local taxes may be charged on top of the price by your customs if you are located outside of the EU.

Sales and notifications
You will be notified via email regarding order status, money transfer, tracking number (when applicable).
If your goods are not in store, you will be notified in advance and we will not accept backorders unless you have approved of it.

We ship via PostNord. All orders are handled within two days and shipping usually takes 2-5 workdays, depending on your location. Shipping is charged on top of the product price, and information about the shipping price and shipping alternatives are provided before you finalise the order.

Payments via the site are charged to the bank account connected to your card when you finalise and submit your purchase. Preorders are charged when we ship the product.

Handling of your information
St Mark AB handles all personal information in accordance to the Swedish Personal Informations Act, (PUL). Information that can be tied to you will never be available for a third party or connected to other external registers or databanks.

Card information
When you buy from St Mark your payment is handled by Svea Webpay, which is a secure digital payment provider for Visa and Mastercard/Eurocard. All card information is stored in accordance with the rules of the card companies.

Returns of goods
– Cancelling your order
If you wish to cancel your order you must immediately contact us at contact@saintmark.se.

– Faulty products
If there is anything wrong with the product you have purchases you should contact us as soon as possible after discovery. Describe the problem and we will get back to you with information about how the issue will be handled. Regulations regarding faulty products are stipulated in the Swedish Consumer rights Act (Konsumentköpslagen).

– Returns
You have the right to return an unused product within 14 days from the day of delivery to you. If you wish to return an unused product it must be shipped in an acceptable manner and it should not show any signs if wear or use. You will have to pay for shipping yourself.
